Request data deletion

Under Article 17 of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).

What will be deleted?

  • Your account and profile data
  • Reservation history
  • Contact information (name, email, phone number)
  • Preferences and settings
  • Marketing consents
  • All other personal data

What is retained?

  • Anonymized statistics (non-personal)
  • Data required to be retained by law (e.g., invoices for 10 years)
  • Data required for legal claims

Important: After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in and will have no access to your reservations or other data. This action cannot be undone.

Processing time

We process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR Art. 17.
